WesBanco is poorly run and employees are inept
The website is poorly organized, clunky, non-intuitive and easy to make mistakes on. Given the level of customer service that I have repeatedly received would indicate that this along with an awful website suggests that there is a problem at the corporate level.
This is not a feeling one wants to have with someone who is handling their money. They have also asked me to find public documents for them regarding my escrow and taxes.
I have also experienced rudeness, and lack of basic banking knowledge when dealing with customer service. I WOULD NOT BANK WITH WESBANCO.
More on the website; It is one of the worst I have ever seen.

This comment really is of no use in helping me decide if I like the company or not. You don't provide any real specifics except that you don't like their website, although I was able to navigate it fine.
It may not have had all the information I was hoping to find on it but I have found this with most bank websites and assume it is due to rules or regulations they must follow. Please provide details why you feel they are so awful and what they did to cause you to lose $100
